Soulful Growth

Soulful Growth is for healers, coaches, practitioners and soul-led business owners who feel called to bring their work more fully into the world.

You might be at the beginning, wondering how to turn your gifts and ideas into something tangible. You might already be working with clients but want greater clarity, consistency or reach. Or you may simply feel ready for the next stage of your work.

You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll start from where you are.

You might already have an established practice, be working with your first few clients, or still be figuring out what you want to offer.

What matters more is that you have something you feel called to share and are ready to explore how to bring it into the world.

The programme is designed to help you take your next steps, rather than expecting everyone to start from the same place.

Soulful Growth originally grew from my work coaching healers within the Next Level Healer community, but this programme is open more widely.

If you've been through Next Level Healer or Next Level Healer Coaching, you'll find that Soulful Growth can help you take some of your inner shifts and insights and begin translating them into practical steps in your work.

But you don't need to have taken either programme. Everything you need for the Soulful Growth journey is included.

It's deliberately a blend of both.

Soulful Growth respects the intuitive, human and energetic nature of your work, while also bringing in practical business and marketing thinking to help you bring that work into the world.

We'll explore areas such as your ideal clients, positioning, offers, pricing, messaging, visibility and sustainable growth, but in a way that feels appropriate for healers, coaches and soul-led practitioners.

You won't be taught to use pressure, chase people or follow marketing formulas that don't feel like you.

The aim is to bring the soulful and practical together.

You'll be in good company!

Many of the healers and practitioners I work with feel uncomfortable with traditional ideas of marketing, selling or self-promotion.

We're not going to try to turn you into someone you're not.

Instead, we'll explore ways of talking about and sharing your work that feel natural to you, helping the right people understand who you are, how you can help them and how they can work with you.

You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to grow meaningful work.

Soulful Growth is deliberately designed to fit around your life and existing work.

There will be a live coaching session each month, along with a short workbook and some practical exercises connected to that month's theme.

There is no expectation that you complete everything.

Some months you may want to dive deeply into the work. Other months you might simply attend the calls, take one insight and make one small change.

This is your journey and you can take it at your own pace.

Yes.

This isn't just a space to talk about your business. Each month I'll introduce simple tools, questions and exercises to help you apply what we're exploring to your own work.

Across the six months, we'll work on areas including clarity and direction, understanding your ideal clients, positioning, shaping your offers, pricing, messaging, visibility and creating a sustainable approach to growth.

The intention is always to keep things simple, useful and applicable to where you are right now.

Yes.

Live coaching is an important part of Soulful Growth.

You'll be able to bring your own questions, ideas, challenges and moments of stuckness to the sessions and receive coaching from me.

You'll also learn from listening to other people's coaching. Often somebody else's question unlocks something we hadn't realised we needed to explore ourselves

That's absolutely fine.

The live sessions will be recorded and made available to programme members, so you can catch up in your own time.

You won't fall behind if you miss a session. The programme is designed to support your own pace rather than create another list of things you need to keep up with.

No.

The community is there to support you, not become another obligation.

You can share your ideas, ask questions, celebrate progress, connect with others or simply observe and learn.

Some people will enjoy being very involved. Others will participate more quietly.

Both are completely welcome.

Yes all live calls will be recorded so you can replay them anytime.

Ideally, join us from the beginning.

Each month builds gently on the one before it, so you'll get the most from the programme by travelling through the six months with the group.

This is a six-month commitment.

By the end of Soulful Growth, the intention is that you have much greater clarity about your work, the people you're here to help, the ways people can work with you and how you want to grow from here.

During our final month we'll bring everything together and help you create your next steps.

And while the programme has a six-month journey, hopefully what you take from it will continue to support the evolution of your work long afterward
